Heroes 3 randomizer

When a scenario is set up, each player's town and starting hero can be left to chance: the setup screen shows them as “Random”, and the game rolls them as the game starts, separately for every player and with no way to repeat the roll.

Set the number of players and the towns to leave out to roll a town and a hero of that town for each player from one seed. The same seed gives everyone the same towns and heroes, so a challenge or a group game can be checked.
