Increases the Attack and Defense skills of any Liches or Power Liches for each level attained after 5th level.
Moandor's charismatic style somehow stayed with him after he was transformed into a lich. Strangely enough, this provides him with the ability to lead and recruit new liches more effectively than any other hero.
