Event on Alteris2

You come across a large circle of Orcs cheering and screaming. As you come closer, you see that there is a fight going on. The larger Orc is winning, and raises his sword to give the final death blow. But as he does, the smaller Orc takes out a wand and a lightning bolt fries his opponent. All the orcs run in terror, and the winner runs in the other direction. Strangely, his shield was not hurt.
