Helm of Command in Heroes 4

All friendly targets get +20% to their Melee and Ranged Attack, +20% to their Melee and Ranged Defense, and +1 to their speed.

It is believed that if a great general wears the same helm for a long period of time that he will bestow his leadership skills upon that helm when he dies.
