Crossbow in Heroes 4

Increases a hero's Ranged Attack by 3, and removes all range penalties.

War leaders found that you couldn't just hand someone a Longbow and expect them to know how to use it, so they demanded a simpler alternative, and hence the Crossbow was invented.
